Cancellations

Give 48 hours to move or cancel. Inside that window the deposit's gone.

Running late

Turn up more than 15 minutes late and you might get a shorter service or a rebook, so the next head isn't left waiting.

Colour & patch tests

First-time colour needs a patch test 48 hours before. No test, no tint.

Safe space

Queer, trans & neurodivergent friendly. Everyone's welcome, bigotry isn't.

Payment

Cash or card. Colour is priced "from" and confirmed at your consult.
